Would you like to increase the length of your Flex Fence slats? No problem! Easily connect multiple Flex Fence slats together with the Wovar Flex Fence Connector Black. This handy connector is specially designed to extend your Flex Fence. Suppose you currently have a Flex Fence of 50 cm, but you would like to extend it to 1 metre. With the Flex Fence Connectors, you can effortlessly and invisibly connect two Flex Fence slats together.

The supplied connector even allows both slats to open and close simultaneously. If you prefer to operate the slats separately, you can simply omit the connector.

Installing Flex Fence Connector Black

Installing the Flex Fence Connector Black is easy. The Connector's U-profile fits perfectly into the U-profile of the Flex Fence slats. The U-profile of the Connector already has 3 mounting holes.

Start by removing the screws from the Flex Fence slats. Then place the Connector between the two slats and secure the same screws in both the slats and the Connector through the mounting holes.

Important: extra spacing when extending

When extending Flex Fence slats with connectors, a larger gap between the slats may appear by default. This is due to the underlying U-profile, where the mounting holes are pre-drilled with a centre-to-centre distance of 115 mm. Additionally, there is approximately 15 mm of space at the top and bottom.

To prevent this extra spacing, shorten one of the two Flex Fence slats by 30 mm. The extra mounting holes in the Flex Fence Connector are specifically designed to allow for this adjustment.

Tip: Always shorten the slat before installing the connector for a neat and even result.
