With this tannic acid-resistant screw 5 x 70 mm, you can easily install Oak, Accoya, Garapa, Aozobe, Kapur, Red Cedar and more tannic hardwoods. The torx 25 screws have a special coating. This organic coating offers extra protection against tannic acid and rust. The coating is self-healing and therefore not damaged when the screw is screwed in. The head is provided with milling ribs and is nicely sunken into the wood. Pre-drilling is recommended. Do this with our 3.5 mm thick hardwood drill. The milling ribs in the middle of the screw ensure a tension-free installation. This allows you to screw more screws for oak and garapa per battery charge.
